Phosphoric acid is a naturally occurring substance, made from phosphorus. Phosphorus is found in our bodies; it works with calcium for strong bones and teeth, assists with kidney function and is important in muscle recovery. Phosphorus is treated through several chemical processes transforming into phosphoric acid, which is a clear, colourless and odourless syrupy liquid. Phosphoric acid has many everyday uses.
